I still receive the error message "Replace Drum" or "Drum End Soon" [Brother Global Support]

The Brother machine has separate consumables the toner cartridge and the drum unit. Verify you replace only the drum unit and not the toner cartridge.
*Make sure the machine is turned on.
*If you would like to watch a video while operating the product, we recommend slowing down the video playback speed.
